Sal to Santa Cruz Island CA and westward 60 nm including San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands- Outer waters from Santa Cruz Island to San Clemente Island to 60 NM offshore including San Nicolas and Santa Barbara Islands- 1133 AM PST Wed Dec 4 2024 ...DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT MOST OF THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH AT LEAST EARLY THIS AFTERNOON... Widespread dense fog will affect the coastal waters through at least this early afternoon. Dense fog will likely return tonight and last through at least Thursday morning. Mariners should be prepared for abrupt visibility changes down to one nautical mile or less. Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for exposed rocks and other vessels, including large ships in the shipping lanes. Use radar or GPS navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor if such equipment is unavailable. $$
