Northeast winds will increase around dawn to 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. These winds will continue until about noon and then will decrease to between 12 and 15 mph for the afternoon. The winds will be weakest in the early evening before seeing an increase 10 10 to 15 mph from the NE after midnight. Ridgetop winds will gust to 45 mph during the morning hours. There will be poor humidity recoveries in the overnight periods. Humidities around dawn will only be in the mid 20s and will decrease during the day into the 10 to 15 percent range. .FRIDAY...
