.DISCUSSION...Light winds and small seas will generally prevail
through the period, except for breezy winds and wind chop during
the afternoon and evening hours through Tuesday night. A deep
marine layer depth in place last night and this morning will thin
overnight and into Tuesday morning. At least, patchy dense fog will
develop at times late tonight and early Tuesday morning, but there
is a 40 percent chance that the dense fog could be more widespread.

.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (0-10 percent) until 2100 hours
                    then becoming low clouds and fog. Patchy
                    dense fog after midnight.
Min temperature.....57-59 degrees.
Surface winds (kts).Southwest winds 3 to 6 knots early shifting
                    to northwest to north winds 3 to 6 knots by
                    2100 hours.
Swell height........West swell 2 feet.
Swell period........14 Seconds.
Wind wave...........1 foot.
Water temperature...64-66 degrees.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Low clouds and patchy dense fog then becoming
                    sunny (5-15 percent).
Max temperature.....68-70 degrees.
Surface winds (kts).North winds 4 to 7 knots shifting to the
                    northwest 7 to 12 knots in the afternoon.
Swell height........West swell 1 feet.
Swell period........13 Seconds.
Wind wave...........1 foot.
Water temperature...64-66 degrees.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (5-15 percent).
