...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TUESDAY TO 8 PM PDT
WEDNESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...An upper level ridge of high pressure building into
the area along with offshore flow will bring above normal
temperatures and very low humidities to the region through Tuesday
night. Highs in the 90s to around 100 can be expected Tuesday for
low elevations. Minimum humidities as low as the upper single digits
are expected on Tuesday, with poor overnight recoveries. E to NE
winds will prevail most of the time with some gusts up to 15 mph
this evening, Tuesday morning and again later Tuesday night,
otherwise winds should be generally less than 10 mph. Higher gusts
can be expected over the ridgetops.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear.
Min temperature.....65-75 lower slopes. 57-63 high
                    elevations and sheltered valleys.
Max humidity........20-30 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southeast 3-6 mph in the evening becoming
                    northeast 2-4 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast 10-15 mph in the evening
                    becoming northeast 6-9 mph.
Ridgetop wind.......Southeast 12-18 mph in the evening
