.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft will build into the area through
Wednesday and a warming and drying trend will establish. A northerly
gradient in place across the area will weaken some for Monday, but
tighten again for Tuesday through Wednesday. Near critical fire
weather conditions could develop Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, but
winds will likely remain below red flag thresholds.

.MONDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent). 15 percent chance of
                    low clouds and fog.
Max temperature.....77-82 degrees.
Humidity............65-69 percent at 0800 hours falling to
                    minimum 45-49 percent around 1600 hours.
Eye level winds.....Light and variable winds to 3 mph until 1200 hours
                    becoming northwest around 5 mph with gusts to
                    around 10 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast to south winds 3 to 6 mph until 1200 hours
                    becoming southwest to west 8 to 12 mph with gusts to
                    18 mph.
Ridgetop wind.......South to southwest 5 to 10 mph.
Mixing height.......1000 ft AGL or less until 1000 hours lifting to
                    1000-1500 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southwest around 5 mph.
