.DISCUSSION...

High confidence in warm and dry conditions continuing into Thursday
as an upper level ridge of high pressure and offshore flow remain
in place. The increase in wind speed may be delayed until 12pm.
Winds are forecast to turn more north-northwest and increase in
magnitude (8-12 mph with gusts to 18 mph at 20 ft level) toward the
end of the forecast period or just after, around 6pm-9pm.

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Max temperature.....81-83.
Min humidity........25-30 percent.
Eye level winds.....East-northeast 0-2 mph at forecast start,
                    becoming north-northeast 2-4 mph with gusts to
                    6 mph by 10am.
Wind (20 ft)........East-northeast 2-5 mph at forecast start,
                    becoming north-northeast 5-8 mph with gusts
                    to 12 mph by 10am.
Ridgetop wind.......Northeast 8-10 mph at forecast start, becoming
                    southwest 4-6 mph by 1pm.
Mixing height.......AOB 1000 AGL feet at forecast start, becoming
                    5000 feet AGL by 3pm.
Transport winds.....Northeast 10 mph at forecast start,
