Warm to hot conditions will continue for the burn area through Wednesday, however the areas will trend slightly less dry as monsoonal moisture surges in from the south. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms will persist through today, and there is a non-zero chance of storms tomorrow as well. Storms may bring lighting, gusty/erratic winds, and rainfall. The southeasterly portion of the fire is at the greatest risk. The chance of wetting rain remains low (less than 10 percent). An offshore east- northeasterly wind shift is expected late tonight through tomorrow morning, which will result in a few degrees of warming for Wednesday and higher mixing heights in the afternoon. .REST OF TODAY...
