.DISCUSSION...
A weak disturbance will cross the area on Tuesday, with rain chances mainly
during the morning hours. Little or no rain is expected. Southwest winds
will increase through the day and into the evening hours. The next storm
system will bring additional rain chances, mainly in the afternoon on
Wednesday, along with increasing southwest winds. Wind gusts will likely
peak around 30 mph but with a 20-30 percent chance of gusts up to 35 mph.
Light rain is expected Wednesday afternoon, but with heavier rain
beginning in the evening after 1700 hours, and overnight into Thursday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent) becoming partly sunny
                    (45-55 percent). 30 percent chance of rain in the
                    morning, then 20 percent chance of rain in the
                    afternoon.
