.DISCUSSION...Northeast winds are expected to increase later
tonight into Thursday morning with the usual morning peak in
offshore flow. However, winds Thursday will not be as strong as
Wednesday, and winds will decrease faster in the afternoon with
likely a light west wind developing after 1700. Overnight humidity
recoveries will be very poor, likely no higher than 15-20 percent,
then dropping again Thursday to around 10 percent.

Thursday evening winds will shift back to northeast but generally be
less than 10 mph.
