.DISCUSSION...
Lower confidence forecast than usual. Unsure if the northeast winds
that formed yesterday evening will form again this evening. Most
likely outcome is that they do but be weaker than yesterday. If that
happens, dense fog will form quickly. If the winds are more like
yesterday and stronger than in forecast (30% chance), expect lower
humidities and higher visibilities than in forecast. High confidence
in stronger north to northeast winds on Thursday.

.TODAY (1600-2100 hours)...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy.
Visibility..........5 miles at 4pm lowering to 0.5 miles by 8pm.
Temperature.........48-54.
Humidity............80-95 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest 5-8 mph at 4pm becoming
                    northeast 3-6 mph by 8pm.
