.DISCUSSION...
A low pressure system will bring a cold front through the region
along with rain, gusty winds, and a chance of thunderstorms.
Expecting increasing rain chances through the day on Monday, with
rain becoming likely by Monday night. Rainfall totals of 0.75 to
1.5 inches are expected for the storm at the burn area. Winds will
vary, with the strongest winds expected around the time the front
moves through Monday night (around 2000). Winds could gusts as
high as 35 mph, and with localized higher gusts are possible
in and around thunderstorms. Humidites will be quite high Monday
into Tuesday.

.COLUMBUS DAY (MONDAY)...

Sky/weather.........Partly to mostly cloudy. 30-50% chance of rain
                    showers through the day.
Max temperature.....Around 63.
Min humidity........65-70 percent.
Eye level winds.....North to northeast winds 2 to 4 mph shifting
                    to the west 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.
                    Becoming southwest late.
Wind (20 ft)........North to northeast winds 5 to 8 mph shifting
                    to the west 10 to 14 mph in the afternoon.
                    Becoming southwest late.
Ridgetop wind.......North to northeast winds 6 to 10 mph shifting
                    to the west 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
                    Becoming southwest late.
Mixing height.......700 ft AGL, becoming 4200 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....North 10 mph, becoming west around 14 mph
                    in the afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy. Slight chance of thunderstorms
                    in the evening. Rain showers through
                    the night. Chance of thunderstorms
                    overnight.

Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 7 to 10 mph, with brief
                    gusts to 15 mph possible. Shifting to
                    the northwest at around 2000, then becoming
                    southwest 2 to 5 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms.

                    gusts to 30 mph possible. Shifting to
