Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1014 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Lompoc, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Santa Ynez, Point Conception, Montecito, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Carpinteria, Cambria, Solvang, Vandenberg Space Force Base, Orcutt, Los Alamos and Highway 101 through Gaviota State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
