The following message is transmitted at the request of LACo OEM.

This is a practice demonstration message testing the Los Angeles
County Non-Weather Emergency Message System. Repeating... this is
only a practice message... and no action is required. This test is
coming from the Los Angeles County Emergency Operations Center in
coordination with local radio and television broadcasters. If this
had been an actual emergency... official emergency information
would have followed the alert tone. This concludes the practice
demonstration message of the Non-Weather Emergency Message System.
