and National Park...at 15Z, or 7 AM PST, a 1039 mb high was centered
over Nevada, while 1009 mb low was located 350 NM SE of Los
Angeles. An exceptionally strong north to northeast wind event is
currently impacting portions of the coastal waters, with offshore
winds over the Southern California Bight through Wednesday.
