Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 21Z, or 1 PM PST, a 1002 mb surface low was
centered near Salt Lake City with a cold front extending through Los
Angeles County. A 1028 mb high was located 800 NM W of San
Francisco. Gusty NW winds will persist much of the time into next
week.
