* At 621 PM CDT, a front was located along a line extending from near
  Joliet to 9 nm northeast of Valparaiso, moving north at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and near zero visibility
           in blowing dust.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.
