* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong southwesterly winds will gust up to 50
  mph at times through midday today. The gustiness is likely to ease
  for a period early afternoon. However, strong gusty
  west-northwesterly winds are expected to quickly develop in the
  wake of a cold frontal passage this afternoon.
