Weather hazards expected... Limited Snow Risk late tonight. DISCUSSION... Accumulating snow is expected to develop for much of the area, including the Chicago metro, late tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Friday... Limited Snow Risk. Sunday... Limited Snow Risk. Monday night through Wednesday morning... Limited Excessive Cold Risk. DISCUSSION... Accumulating snow will continue for much of the area, but especially for the Chicago metro and areas around and east of I-55 late on Friday. This will result in slippery conditions during the Friday morning commute. Accumulating snow is then possible on Sunday ahead of a period of arctic air crossing the area early next week. Single digit temperatures and wind chills to -10 to -15 degrees are possible Monday night into Tuesday morning, with sub-zero wind chills continuing Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
