This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
     Level 2 of 5 Damaging Wind Risk...up to 60 mph.
  Limited Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms are expected through early to mid evening
north and west of I-55. A couple of the stronger storms could
produce very localized wind gusts up to around 60 mph, mainly
west of a Crystal Lake to LaSalle Peru line. Thunderstorms will
also be capable of producing torrential downpours, which could
lead to an isolated flash flood threat.

There is a chance that some thunderstorms could continue into the
overnight hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday and Monday...
  Elevated Flooding Risk.
  Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday and Wednesday...
  Limited Flooding Risk.
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

There will be periodic chances of thunderstorms Sunday through
Wednesday. Thunderstorms will be capable of producing torrential
downpours with some threat for localized flash flooding.

  Spotters may be needed through mid evening.

 Moving toward the northeast at 15 to 20 mph.
