For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 28.9 inch low will remain over the Canadian Maritimes
through Friday before moving into the North Atlantic by Saturday. A
30.1 inch high will build from the upper Ohio Valley Friday to off
the Mid Atlantic coast Saturday. A 29.6 inch low will then move from
just east of Lake Superior Saturday to southern Quebec by Sunday
where it will weaken to a 29.9 inch trough. A strong 30.8 inch high
will then build from the mid Mississippi Valley Sunday to the
southeast states Monday while weakening to 30.5 inches.
