Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 inch low in eastern Quebec this morning will continue to pull a cold front across the area. A 30.1 inch high over the upper Great Lakes will build across the lower Great Lakes today and tonight, before a 29.5 inch low slowly moves eastward, just north of the Lake through Monday and Monday night. A 30.2 inch high will build across the Lake Tuesday through Wednesday. Exiting high pressure will give way to a 30.0 inch surface low over the Ohio Valley Thursday.
