For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 inch wedge of high pressure draped across the
lake will slide eastward today...with a warm front then slowly
pushing across western New York tonight. The front will then stall
out just south of the lake on Saturday...before meandering across
the Lower Lakes Region over the rest of the the weekend while a
29.5 inch low makes its way from the Plains States to the central
Great Lakes. This low will lift northeastward into Quebec on
Monday while pushing its trailing cold front across the lake...
with a 30.5 inch high then building southeast across the Great
Lakes Monday night and Tuesday.

20 knots. Rain likely late. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to

.TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Rain through the early
overnight, then a chance of rain showers late. Waves 4 to 7 feet.
Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.SATURDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northeast 15 to
20 knots. Rain showers likely in the morning, then rain in the
afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 2 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots becoming east.
Rain. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 5 to 7 feet. Waves
occasionally around 9 feet.
.SUNDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots becoming south. Rain and
freezing rain during the day, then rain showers with a chance of
thunderstorms Sunday night. Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding to 2 to
