For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A warm front will cross the lake tonight. A ridge of
high pressure averaging 30.1 inches will then build into the Ohio
Valley and lower Great Lakes late Monday before settling into the
southeast States Tuesday. Meanwhile a 29.1 inch low will track
across Quebec, with its trailing cold front crossing the lake
Tuesday afternoon. A 30.2 inch high will build across the lake
Wednesday before sliding to the New England coast Thursday
morning...with developing low pressure over the Plains states
then deepening to 28.8 inches Thursday through Friday.

.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west. Waves
3 to 5 feet building to 4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around
9 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots becoming south and
diminishing to 10 knots or less in the afternoon. Waves 3 to
5 feet subsiding to 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southwest.
Waves 1 foot or less.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west. Waves
1 to 3 feet building to 4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around
9 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming north
and diminishing to 10 to 15 knots. Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding to
2 to 4 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming east and
increasing to 15 to 25 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to
6 feet.
.THURSDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southeast 15 to
20 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.

to 10 knots or less in the afternoon. Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding
to 1 to 3 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming south. Waves
1 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...South winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west. Waves 2 to
