For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.7 inch surface high will drift off the east
coast tonight. A 29.9 inch trough will move across the central
Great Lakes Thursday and then across the lake Thursday night. A
30.4 inch surface high over the Ohio Valley Friday will drift east
along the east coast Saturday. A trough of low pressure averaging
29.9 inches will then move across the Great Lakes and into New
England Saturday night and Sunday. A 29.0 inch low will track
across James Bay on Monday.

chance of snow in the evening, then lake effect snow showers
likely overnight. Waves 3 to 6 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west. A chance
of snow showers. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest
