For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.2 inch low over the Upper Great Lakes will track
by just to the north of the lake tonight. The low will then cross
the Adirondacks and New England on Saturday. A large 30.3 inch
high centered over the Upper Mississippi valley Saturday evening
will cross the Upper Great Lakes and extend to the Ohio valley
overnight then will cross the Lower Great Lakes Sunday and Monday.
A 29.5 inch low will then develop near Nebraska on Tuesday,
strengthening as it tracks into Illinois Tuesday night.

15 to 20 knots. A chance of snow showers early. Rain and snow
likely late. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet.
.TONIGHT...South winds 15 to 25 knots becoming west. Rain likely
in the evening, then a chance of rain after midnight. A chance of
snow and rain late. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 4 to 7 feet.
Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds to 30 knots becoming northwest. A chance
of snow showers. Waves 6 to 10 feet subsiding to 5 to 8 feet.
Waves occasionally around 13 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of
snow showers. Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Waves
occasionally around 9 feet.
.SUNDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southwest. Waves
1 to 2 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming southeast. A
chance of rain showers during the day, then rain showers likely
Tuesday night. Waves 1 to 2 feet.

Rain and snow likely in the evening, then a chance of rain and
snow after midnight. Waves 3 to 6 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds to 30 knots becoming northwest 15 to
25 knots. A chance of snow showers. Waves 6 to 9 feet building to
8 to 11 feet, then subsiding to 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally
around 14 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of
snow showers. Waves 5 to 8 feet subsiding to 3 to 6 feet. Waves
