For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 inch high will build east across the Great
Lakes through tonight before moving off the Mid Atlantic coast
Saturday. A 29.7 inch low will then move from the Ohio Valley
Saturday afternoon to off the Mid Atlantic coast by Sunday
morning. A 30.6 inch high is then forecast to build from the upper
Mississippi Valley Sunday to the Ohio Valley Monday, then off the
southern New England coast Tuesday.

subsiding to 3 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds 5 to 15 knots becoming east. Snow likely
late. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northeast.
Snow. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet.
.SUNDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 15 to
20 knots. Snow likely in the morning, then snow showers likely in
the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest
10 to 15 knots. A chance of snow showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet
subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of snow showers
during the day. Waves 2 to 3 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north. A
