MONTH ENDED UP 3.9 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR AVERAGE TEMPERATURE AND
2.5 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL FOR PRECIPITATION. IT WAS THE 3RD WETTEST
NOVEMBER ON RECORD. ONLY A TRACE OF SNOW FELL DURING THE MONTH WHICH
WAS BELOW NORMAL BY 1.5 INCHES.
