2.9 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL FOR AVERAGE TEMPERATURE AND 0.84 INCHES
BELOW NORMAL FOR PRECIPITATION. SNOWFALL FOR THE YEAR MEASURED 11.4
INCHES, WHICH WAS 14.6 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THE PEAK SNOW DEPTH WAS
10" WHICH OCCURRED IN MID JANUARY. A PEAK WIND GUST OF 83 MPH
