and central Kentucky.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Heat index readings may surpass 100 degrees Wednesday afternoon,
especially west of I-65.

Scattered storms are in the forecast Wednesday through Saturday.
While widespread severe weather is not expected, some storms may
produce locally torrential downpours and gusty winds. Outdoor
Independence Day celebrations may be negatively impacted.
