This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern Indiana
and central Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hot and humid temperatures are expected this afternoon and early
evening. The highest heat index values will be along and west of I-65
where max values will reach into the 100 to 105 degree range. Use
caution if planning to be outdoors for extended periods of time.
Drink plenty of fluids, and take frequent breaks.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Hot and humid conditions are forecast again Tuesday, with heat index
values peaking around 100 to 105 mainly along and west of the I-65
corridor.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms forecast late Tuesday afternoon
through Wednesday, as a cold front washes out over the region. These
storms could produce locally heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and
lightning.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
