.DISCUSSION...
Expect cold mornings with unseasonably mild afternoons through
Tuesday. Afternoon humidity levels will generally run between 30
and 40 percent, but a more efficient dry air mixdown could result
in humidities lower than forecast. Max relative humidity Tuesday
morning will run near 70 percent, but with initially poor smoke
dispersion due to a strong low-level inversion. Vent rates will
improve sharply around midday with deeper mixing.
