Expect cold mornings with unseasonably mild afternoons through
Tuesday. Afternoon humidity levels will generally run between 30
and 40 percent, but a more efficient dry air mixdown could result
in humidities lower than forecast. Smoke dispersion will be poor
in the mornings due to stout low-level inversions, but should
improve dramatically around midday with deeper mixing.
