.DISCUSSION...
Dry and seasonably cool weather is expected today, but dispersion
will be limited by shallow mixing and weak transport winds from
the NE. Widespread rain arrives late tonight, and will be
accompanied by a few thunderstorms on Saturday. Cool and dry
weather returns Sunday and Monday, with widespread rain and snow
Tuesday. Below normal temperatures will persist through late next
week.
