South Fork Licking River at Cynthiana affecting Harrison County. Licking River at Blue Licks Spring affecting Robertson and Nicholas Counties. .Heavy rain from the past few days has caused the river to rise with additional rainfall expected through the weekend. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads.
