FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Gusty northwesterly winds are expected today in the wake of a
cold front, with gusts up to 30 knots at times. A secondary cold
front will bring a period of highest gusts late this afternoon,
and a few gale force gusts are possible over the north half of
Lake Michigan. Winds will diminish into Monday and remain light
through much of the week, as high pressure around 30.1 inches
builds into and lingers across the Midwest.
