* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...White Pine, Southern Lander and Southern Eureka,
  Northeastern Nye, and Northwestern Nye Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 8 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Blowing dust can reduce the visibility to one mile or less in
  spots.
