.DISCUSSION...
Monsoonal moisture will surge northward into much of Northern and
Central Nevada today through Wednesday, resulting in isolated to
scattered thunderstorms each afternoon and evening. The primary
thunderstorm hazards will be erratic wind gusts as high as 50 mph,
dangerous cloud to ground lightning strikes, and small hail. In
addition, heavy rainfall may result in minor burn scar flooding.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Chance of rain
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms.
                    Localized moderate to heavy rain possible
                    this afternoon.
Max temperature.....81-84.
Min humidity........27-32 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........South 4-6 mph shifting to northwest and
                    increasing to 6-8 mph this afternoon. Gusty
                    and erratic winds expected in and near
                    thunderstorms.
 Slope/valley.......South winds 5-7 mph shifting to northwest
