.DISCUSSION...A potent shortwave trough and cold front are moving southward
across the Great Basin this morning, with continued isolated to
scattered rain showers, especially across northeastern Nevada.
Cooler highs today with breezy to windy conditions. Weak high
pressure will build across the region Friday and Saturday before
the next frontal system moves across the region Sunday into
Monday, though precipitation looks light with this system. Mild
weather into next week with highs five to ten degrees above
normal.
