.DISCUSSION..Gusty southwest to westerly winds today may produce
blowing dust in some areas. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms are expected this afternoon across mainly Elko
County. Dry tonight. Valley rain and mountain snow showers develop
across northern NV on Friday, with rain changing to snow Friday
night as showers expand into portions of central NV.
