.DISCUSSION...A cold front and associated band of valley rain and
mountain snow will push through the region today along with gusty
southwest to west winds through this afternoon. Temperatures turn
colder but dry conditions are expected for the weekend into Monday
with more active weather returning as early as Tuesday. Impactful
valley snow is appearing more likely by the end of the week as a
Pacific storm system moves into the western U.S.
