* At 958 AM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms was located along
  a line extending from 9 nm southeast of Horn Island to 16 nm east
  of Yscloskey, moving southeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer signifficant structual damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.
