* At 259 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 16 nm west of Barataria Bay to 13 nm northwest of
  Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi River, moving south at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Terrebonne Bay, Grand Isle, Timbalier Island, Timbalier Bay,
  Barataria Bay, Southwest Pass Of the Mississippi River, and
  Louisiana Offshore Oil Port.
