* WHAT...For the Excessive Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions
  with heat index values up to 115 expected. For the Excessive Heat
  Watch, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 113
  possible.

* WHERE...In Louisiana, East Feliciana, Northern Tangipahoa, St.
  Helena, and Washington Parishes. In Mississippi, Pearl River
  County.

* WHEN...For the Excessive Heat Warning, from 10 AM this morning to
  7 PM CDT this evening. For the Excessive Heat Watch, from Tuesday
  morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
