  River LA from 20 to 60 NM...

At 313 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This
cluster of thunderstorms is generally located along a line extending
from 6 nm southwest of Caillou Bay to 35 nm southwest of Louisiana
Offshore Oil Port, moving northwest at 15 knots.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots, higher
waves, and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe
harbor immediately until this activity passes.
