.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions will persist locally with afternoon relative
humidity in the 40 to 50 percent range across most of the
area today and tomorrow. A gradual increase in moisture is
expected by mid week, but little or no precipitation is
expected until at least Thursday. Greater rain chances will
be along coastal areas.
