.DISCUSSION...
A recent frontal passage has introduced brisk NE winds across the
area, along with cooler temperatures. A Gulf low will approach
the area later on Monday, bringing a round of showers and storms
to the area Monday afternoon through early Tuesday morning.
Rainfall totals of 1-2 inches can be expected, with locally
higher amounts. Drier air filters into the region Tuesday through
Wednesday, with afternoon MinRH`s following mixing in the 40`s to
50`s, some mid/upper 30`s for interior coastal MS and SW MS.
Then, the next system approaches the area Thursday bringing
another round of rain and thunderstorms through Friday.
