Fire Weather Planning Forecast for S MS and SE LA
National Weather Service New Orleans LA
333 AM CST Sun Jan 19 2025

.DISCUSSION...

An arctic front has moved through the area and will slowly
lower temperatures and humidity levels drastically. A surface
low will help cause higher chances of precipitation Tuesday
in the form of snow for most areas. This should melt Wednesday
through Thursday with a good wetting of fuels.
