.SYNOPSIS FOR PASCAGOULA TO ATCHAFALAYA RIVER OUT 60 NM...

Northerly winds continue to be on the breezy side throughout today,
~25kts, following our cold air surge this morning. Winds then shift
to northeast early Monday and remain elevated around 25 to 30 knots.
Gales will be possible Tuesday as surface low moves east through the
central to northern gulf. Winds and seas will slowly ease after
Tuesday.
