Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...An arctic airmass holds over the region today supporting lake effect snow showers and freezing spray in the central and southern portions of Lake Huron. Edge of high pressure, 30.40 inches, briefly builds over the central Great Lakes Thursday before low pressure, 29.70 inches, tracking over northern Ontario drags a cold front through the region Friday.
