1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, over Quebec will sink
south into New England by Thursday. This will allow for light
southerly winds to end the work week.
