For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front reaches Lake Huron late tonight,
with its parent low pressure system, 29.20 inches, tracking
toward Hudson Bay. A Gale Warning is in effect for msot of Lake
Huron tonight and Sunday. Moderate to strong northwest winds
follow the front late Sunday into Monday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to
35 knot gales becoming south to 30 knots with gusts to 45 knot
gales after midnight. Showers and a chance of thunderstorms after
midnight. Waves 8 to 12 feet building to 12 to 16 feet early in
the morning. Waves occasionally around 20 feet.
.SUNDAY...South winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 40 knot gales
becoming southwest 15 to 20 knots with gusts to around 30 knots
in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming west
20 to 25 knots with gusts to around 30 knots late in the
afternoon. Showers in the morning. Waves 10 to 14 feet subsiding
to 6 to 9 feet in the afternoon. Waves occasionally around
18 feet.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to
around 30 knots. A chance of showers in the evening. Waves 8 to
12 feet. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to around
30 knots decreasing to 15 to 20 knots early in the afternoon.
Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to
10 to 15 knots after midnight. A chance of showers. Waves 4 to
6 feet.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots late in the morning...then decreasing to 10 to 15 knots
late in the evening. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally around
8 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north 5 to
10 knots until early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to
3 feet until early morning.
.THURSDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the west in the
late evening and early morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
