Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A large area of high pressure, 30.40 inches, will depart the Great Lakes this morning, washing out over New England by this evening. Low pressure, 29.60 inches, will then push in from the Plains and will pass over the northern Great Lakes by tomorrow evening, bringing widespread rain showers.
